To ensure and verify the quality of the cements produced at this plant, raw materials and products are examined in the cement laboratory. The cement laboratory is in fact a group of laboratories in which compliance with standards for the quality of the cement produced is verified through laboratory procedures. The cement laboratory is divided into the chemistry laboratory, the physics laboratory and the raw mix control laboratory with XRF analysis.

Equipped with advanced instruments, the laboratories of the company's Quality Control Unit are able to carry out tests including the determination of compressive strength, linear expansion, setting time, Blaine fineness, chemical analyses of cement and other specialist analyses in accordance with the prescribed standards.
