Chemistry Laboratory

The Chemical Laboratory is one of the main sections of the cement plant's Quality Control Unit. By carrying out chemical tests on raw materials, the intermediate product (clinker) and the final product (cement), it plays an important role in the continuous monitoring of the production process and in assuring product quality. In this laboratory, samples of mineral raw materials, kiln feed, clinker and cement are examined in accordance with the relevant test methods and instructions. The results of these tests are used to control the chemical composition of materials, adjust raw materials, monitor the burning process and evaluate product quality.

The most important tests and examinations carried out in the chemistry laboratory include the following:
