Export clinkerThe clinker produced at the Azarabadegan Khoy Cement plant is made from the finest materials extracted from the mine and is examined for quality from the start to the end of the production process.
Portland Cement Type 1, strength class 42.5RPortland Cement Type 1, strength class 42.5, is produced in full compliance with the specifications set out in Iranian national standard INSO-389 and the European CE standard. This type of cement is used where high strength is required, such as in foundations, columns, bridges, tunnels and the like. The use of this type of cement in sulphate- and chloride-bearing environments is not recommended.
Portland Cement Type 2, strength class 42.5RPortland Cement Type 2, strength class 42.5, is produced in full compliance with the specifications set out in Iranian national standard INSO-389 and the European CE standard. This type of cement is mostly used for general purposes, the construction of concrete structures, bridges, water tanks, silos and building materials.
Portland Limestone Cement (PLC)Portland Limestone Cement (PLC) is widely used thanks to properties such as the high adhesion of mortar and building units, including blocks and bricks. By reducing the permeability of concrete, as the pores of the concrete are filled with fine limestone particles, this type of cement achieves the desired workability with a lower water requirement.Cement is sold only through the Iran Mercantile Exchange.
